You won’t get any surprise bills from Blue Ridge Tax Help. I quote my rates up front and if I make a mistake, that’s on me. This goes for my tax planning services as well as everything else. I have three tiers of advisory services and will tell you which one you fall into during our initial consultation.
The tiers are arranged in order of increasing complexity based on whether or not you own a business (or businesses), how many investments you have, and so forth. My Tier One planning package is $1000; Tier Two is $2000, and Tier Three is $3000.
You can purchase my planning and advisory services either by themselves or as part of a larger package including tax preparation and planning implementation.

The Tax Planning Process

Consultation
You will get to meet with me to discuss your tax situation and if tax planning is appropriate for you right now and what level is best. You’ll know my fee by the end of the meeting. There will never be any surprise fees when you choose me to be your tax planning partner.

Planning Meeting
This will be a more in depth meeting in which we will discuss your goals, finances, and which tax strategies will be appropriate for you and which you are interested in. This step is crucial because not all strategies work for every situation and every taxpayer has different goals.

Tax Plan Presentation
The final meeting will be a presentation of the tax plan I have designed for you and your business(es). You will get a copy of the presentation and a written report. You will also be able to ask me as many questions as you need, both during and after the meeting.
